Original Country of Origin UK Quad poster for the 2018 50th anniversary re-issue for this classic 1968 Stanley Kubrick (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award) futuristic science fiction movie. Screenplay by Arthur C. Clarke and Stanley Kubrick. Remastered in Digital 4K and released in a 70mm format this is the finest printing so far of this landmark film. Colours are deep and unfaded and literally ‘pop’ from the paper with imagery of Dr. Dave Bowman (Keir Dullea) in iconic orange spacesuit. An incredibly rare film poster with a strictly limited number printed and issued in very low numbers to cinemas showing the film. Exact figures are not available but the rumoured print run is said to be less than 200 as the movie was shown only in select cinemas.
